We couldn't decide where to eat, so we booked a restaurant through the concierge. We were touched by the service for us despite the difficult environment on weekends and evenings. Thank you. The view of the tatami room is amazing.

Room isn't spacious but decent for a couple. There is a nice small river area beside the hotel and we enjoyed a very short morning walk there.there is free parking right across the street from the hotel. Good shower with strong water pressure and consistent hot water.

Amazing view if you get a room on the side of the moat. Plenty of space in the room. Really good location to walk to the castle and park area around it. It was clean and had a fridge and some drawers and hanging area for clothes. Free parking right out front.

great location and nice view of the "lake" Concierge was also very helpful. Made a last minute recommendation and reservation to a saga beef restaurant on my first night.

Hotel had free parking and it's location was good for us Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice Japanese restaurant in the hotel with very reasonable prices.

Nice river view in front of the hotel, good to have a morning stroll and give u a peace of mind. Room is spacious. Staff are friendly.
